The Lotus Effect
Dirt particles ... are picked up by water droplets and are thus easily cleaned off the surface. If a water droplet rolls across such a contaminated surface the adhesion between the dirt particle, irrespective its chemistry, and the droplet is higher than between the particle and the surface. - Wikipedia

Excellent high opacity finish, easy application, self priming, vapour permeable and anti-mould. Can be supplied, tinted to any RAL or BS colour or can be self-tinted using standard tints and methods. Application by brush roller or airless spray.

This paint provides a completely water-repellent finish while at the same time being vapour-permeable.

When water or vapour lands on a substrate that has been coated with our self-cleaning paint, it is repelled immediately, leaving the substrate both dry and clean. This effect has several benefits, including:

• Coated surfaces remain dry and clean
• The coating lasts up to three times longer than standard masonry paint, thus reducing maintenance costs
