Painting over graffiti

Until now, the only way to cover graffiti was to remove it - with solvents or by sand-blasting. Solvents are dangerous chemicals and will not only remove the graffiti, they will also damage any underlying coating. Sandblasting is perfect if you want to do the entire surface and can afford to pay for it.
